The visit here started great. Very friendly staff and great service ...... At the beginning.... As the dinner continued we didn't get checked on once, didn't even get looked at for a payment. Waited 20 minutes then finally walked up to the front to pay. But it gets better.... Had to wait 15 more minutes just to give my card to pay. Hey, look on the bright side! The food was good!

My neighbors got food poisoned here. The wife is still having stomach problems weeks later. Now I know maybe they just got a bad batch of something or someone didn't wash their hands ... I get that ya lugs. But my question in this dangerous world we live in is: why risk it? I don't get my chow here anymore.

Best Mexican food in the entire world. I love Mexican food, and I am kinda a snob when it comes to Mexican restaurants. El Erraderro has set the highest standard in my book. Nothing compares to the food, quick service, and reasonable prices. I am 7 months pregnant and I crave their salsa daily. Everything on their menu is yummy! I can not say enough amazing things about this place. I also loved the margaritas when I was not pregnant and could have fun ;)! Seriously do not go to any other Mexican restaurant in La Grande this is it right here folks!

Whoa, did she really do that? My husband and I ate here back in July 2013 and weren't too impressed but the place was pretty busy. So we decided to give it another try. Upon walking in the door the hostes, definitely terrible at her job, was busy on her phone posting to facebook. She told us to hold on until she was done with her post. After she was done she sat us and stormed off. No hi, can I get you something to drink? Nope, she had to rush back to facebook. The server was the only one working that night and the gentleman that was working in the kitchen was helping out, all the while the hostess is yelling to someone on her cell phone while behind the register. The night went bad to worse that night all within the time it took to get our drinks and our meal. The server was AWFUL, he only stopped by our table to give us our drinks and take our order, that was it! The guy from the kitchen got our refills, answered our question and got us more chips and salsa. When we were done the server didn't even give us our check, we had to ask for it and his response to us, "Uh it's at the register" like we were supposed to know that. Needless to say, the service sucked besided the gentleman from the kitchen. The "hostess" was even too busy to take our cash, the server was pissed when we gave our tip to the gentleman from the kitchen. HORRIBLE Experience and we will not be going back!

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
